Norbert Rosing

Norbert Rosing was born in Northern Germany 1953.

The World of the Polar Bear became his big project.It covers the entire Canadian Arctic and Svalbard (Norway).He captured in photographs the life of the people,animals,aurora borealis and the life circle of the lord of the Arctic -the Poar Bear.

Two years he spent capturing the natural richness of Yellowstone National Park at all seasons of the year. But he never forgot about his roots and was (and still is )working for many years on German landscapes and National Parks. His work is published worldwide in magzines like National Geograpgic Magazine or GEO and his photography led to the publication of more then 20 coffeetable books in the US,Canada and Germany.He shows multimedia presenations worldwide. His work was honored with 9 postal stamps in Germany.
